Aquilea Sueño Forte is presented in an innovative three-layer tablet where the ingredients are released as they are needed.
To fall asleep:
1. The first layer: which is rapidly released, it contains Melatonin 1.95 mg to help decrease the time it takes to fall asleep* together with piperine (from black pepper), Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for a synergistic action.
2. Maintain sleep: The second layer is released at night and contains Grifonia (5-HTP), a serotonin precursor that synthesizes melatonin in the body. It also contains Passionflower and California Poppy, to support quality sleep.
3. The third layer , restful sleep with Valerian and Melissa, is released in a sustained way and contributes to relaxation for a restful sleep
