Perfume's Club wants to offer its customers the best prices in the online market by updating the rates according to the needs of its users. The prices that appear crossed out make reference to the price of departure on the web. The largest price is equivalent to our current retail price including VAT.

Perfume's Club prices are liable to change at any time. In that case, the products will be invoiced with the price they had at the moment the purchase was registered.

Important information about taxes
All our products are subject to taxes, please note that VAT will be calculated according to the country of destination and will be reflected at the time of payment. If your delivery address changes, the tax will also change. Perfume's Club keeps its right for not delivering or processing any purchase that has not been previously paid at all or part of a previous purchase or with whom there is a dispute of active payment and any purchase that has evidence of payment fraud or whose formalization has not been completed by bank transfer.
Perfume's Club controls all the purchases registered on its website. These controls are intended to protect Perfume's Club from abusive practices of fraud.
Our Customer Service may request all the necessary information before processing a purchase (payment receipt, billing address, etc.).These requests will be made by email or phone:
- In case of a purchase registered with a different delivery address from the billing address indicated.

Sending conditions
The shipment
The shipment of our products is restricted to the territory of Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia and Lithuania.

We ship the products to all the American territory. We ship the products to all the New Zealand territory. To check the possibility and handling in other countries please consult with our Client Attention Department.

We conducted our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation times and transit mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).

Our shipping rates are made for the standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9AM to 7PM, depending on the carrier, the route of messenger and the destination country.

Preparation and Shipping Times

The Holidays in the Madrid Comunity must be considered as a holiday in www.perfumesclub.co.uk as the delivery of goods is concerned, because our logistics platform is based in Madrid. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.

This period may be altered by some fortuitous or force majeure incident, making the delivery be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Perfume's Club.

SPRING - Ecological Transport
Nowadays, it is very difficult to ship packages without generating any CO2 emissions. However, at Perfume’s Club we are determined to address the problem and have partnered with the carrier Spring to launch a new initiative: Spring Green, which neutralizes the impact that international shipments from our network have on the environment.

Our objective with this project is to offset the emissions created by our services and for this we calculate the probable emissions of each shipment based on its weight and destination, and we mitigate its environmental impact through carbon credits that we have acquired. The credits are used to support two projects in particular: a green energy production wind farm project in Turkey and a reforestation initiative in Peru for CO2 absorption.

Offsetting our emissions is the first step of many to come, with our ultimate goal in mind: a carbon-free supply chain.

Warranty. Return of non-conforming products

Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive an unwanted item, an item with a factory defect or one in poor condition. Perfume’s Club is responsible for this under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.

According to this regulation, the products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months after he became aware of it.

Perfume’s Club is not responsible for negligent or improper use of the product purchased.

In case of defective product or a product in bad condition, we will proceed with its replacement. Our carrier will pick up the defective product. It is essential that you accompany it with a copy of the sales invoice.

Once the conditions for the replacement of the product have been verified, a new one will be sent without further delay. All the procedures will be totally free for the consumer.

Right of withdrawal. Change or return procedure.

We inform our customers that returning products is possible. If you are not satisfied, we can give your money back.

Returning of opened cosmetics products (creams, shampoo, soaps, etc.) is not possible for hygiene and safety reasons.

Change or return conditions: Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal by requesting a return up to 14 calendar days after they received their order. We appreciate customers proceed as following:

Step 1: Request a return through the "Returns" section of your profile.
Step 2: Package your order in same conditions as you received it. Send it with your preferred transportation company. Customs fees are assumed by customers, if there is any.
Step 3: Refund will be made after confirmation of the reception of the goods. Shipping costs are never refunded. Any extra costs made by Perfume’s Club to facilitate the return may also be deducted.

Perfume's Club reserves the right to compensation for the difference between the value of the items sent to the customer and returned by the customer in the following cases:
When products have been used or manipulated improperly or negligently or not in accordance with their characteristics by the Customer.
When products have been hit or damaged.
When the return is not made in its box.
When nonconformity is due to the product wear by normal use.
If invoice data is modified, altered or replaced
If serial or identification number of the product is tampered with
If all elements, accessories, cases or boxes of the product are not returned.

Returning of glasses should include the case, wipe and box in good condition, and they must be returned with clean lenses, otherwise Perfume’s Club may deduct the cleaning cost from the refund. We kindly ask customers to take special attention to these instructions.

Responsibility
In all phases of website access, query, form filling, ordering, delivery or any other service, Perfume's Club assumes no responsability for damages or impairments resulting from the use of Internet. Perfume's Club will not assume any responsibility in case of failure in the provision of service, external intrusion or computer virus. Voucher Codes
The voucher codes are received through our sponsorship system or the marketing department of the company.

The voucher codes are transferable, but only one can be used per order.
The conditions to exchange the voucher codes will be sent or published, being some of the requirements: minimum purchase restrictions, a certain purchase restrictions period or a new customer's first purchase.

Promotions and discounts are not accumulative. Therefore, the voucher codes are not applicable to products labeled as "offers".

During special campaigns, such as Black Friday or VAT free day, the discount vouchers will not be functioning on products associated with the promotion and for this reason, the section ‘’ I have a discount voucher ‘’ will be removed during the whole campaign.
Draws
The competitions and draws organized by Perfume’s Club are participation-free with no obligation to buy, especially focused to UK US residents. The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone. The prize will neither be compatible with other promotions nor accumulated to recommended products.

Except in case of special events, the vouchers are valid for 3 months and the gift-checks for one year.

If the gift’s amount is lower than the order value, the customer will have to pay the difference by any of our payment methods.

The participants accept to receive our newsletter once they give us their e-mail address. Perfume’s Club is entitled to postpone or cancel a competition assuming no responsibility due to problems caused during the course of the event.
