Take 1 ampoule of Forté Royal Jelly Defenses+ in the morning, pure or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Due to the concentration, the liquid may be more or less easy to extract. Shake before use. To avoid any possible ampoule residue falling into the liquid, do not break the ampoule over the glass.
