After shampooing, apply 10-40 ml from mid-lengths to ends depending on the thickness and length of the hair.
Use the markers on the side of the bottle as a guide.
Gently massage until a light foam forms.
Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner.

Frequency of use according to hair condition:

Very damaged hair: Use both hair water and conditioner with every wash.
Less damaged hair: Apply hair water once a week and conditioner on other washes.
