HOW DOES IT WORK?

Using cotton ball, sweep over face and throat twice daily after cleansing with Facial Soap.
Follow with Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion or Gel. For external use only.
Avoid eye area.
Apply twice a day, preferably morning and night, with a cotton pad on the face and neck, after cleansing skin.
This toner is part of a 3-step set, and it mattifies and hydrates the skin without being greasy. The toner itself is for after cleansing your face with step 1 and prepares the skin for the moisturizer (step 3). Used together, it works very well and corrects excess oil, as well as hydrates as needed. It is very soft and respectful of sensitive skin. I have been using them for years.
Now it’s not for me. In its time it worked very well for me but it is too aggressive for me, perhaps for younger skin as in its time but now it is no longer for me.
