An anti-plaque treatment for psoriasis-prone skin and scalp.
For the disease to develop, psoriasis genes must be activated. Once this activation occurs, the disease will develop alternating between periods of flare-ups and remission. This is what we call the natural history of chronic inflammatory diseases. For this reason, patients often feel disappointed when new plaques appear. They believe that the treatment used has not worked. However, this is not the case. The treatments currently available for psoriasis do not cure the disease; the best they can do is relieve all its symptoms. Once the symptoms have subsided, if the skin is exposed to other factors again (infections, microtraumas, drugs, stress, etc.), the symptoms will reappear.
