They are very easy to apply, the pack includes comfortable tweezers and a mirror so you can apply the dressing quickly and easily wherever you are. Remember to clean the tweezers with a cloth moistened with disinfectant, such as 70% ethanol.
If your fever doesn't heal within 10 to 12 days or you get repeated fevers, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

STEP 1 Wash your hands before and after applying the dressing. STEP 2 Remove the blue protective film so that a part of the adhesive side is exposed. STEP 3 Use the mirror to apply the dressing to the fever. Once you apply it, keep it attached. STEP 4 Gently pull the white protective film that covers the remaining part of the dressing, applying it later along the lip. We do not recommend removing the dressing until it starts to come off, and to remove it, use the tweezers to avoid contact with the affected area.
