Gently brush your teeth before each application.
Wash and dry your hands.
Remove the prefilled mold from the sealed envelope and immediately place it in your mouth, making sure that the gel is in contact with the surface of the teeth. Activate the gel by pushing the mold towards the teeth. Upper and lower teeth can be whitened at the same time.
Gently place your lips on the mold, carefully closing your mouth. Caution: Biting too hard causes the gel to ooze out of the mold and out of the contact area with the teeth.
Remove the mold after 20 minutes and discard immediately. Gently rinse off the gel that remains on the teeth and gums with water. If some microbeads have remained between the teeth, they can be removed with dental floss.
