How to use:

Apply the toothpaste gel on the brush.
Place the fibers of the head between teeth and gums at a 45º angle and use vertical sweeping movements to help drag dental plaque.
Repeat the process on the inside of the teeth and on the chewing surfaces.
Brushing should last at least 2 minutes and be done after each meal.
