For children 4 to 10 years: chew 1 tablet daily with a meal.
For children 11 years and older: chew 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.

Precautions This product contains iron, which, taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects.
