How to use:
  1. Wash your nose with soap and water. Dry completely. Make sure your nose is free of creams, oils, and makeup.
  2. Center the nose strip over the bridge of your nose.
  3. Press and rub toward the ends of the strip until it adheres completely. Press for 30 seconds. The strip is positioned correctly if the tab is centered on the bridge of your nose. The flexible spring of the strip should be just above your nostrils.

To remove, gently lift from both ends. Wetting your nose and the strip will make removal easier.
