Whether you choose SPF 30 or SPF 50, it is important to frequently reapply the sunscreen, at least every two hours, during prolonged sun exposure, or after sweating, swimming and/or drying with a towel.
It is recommended to apply sunscreen evenly all over the body and face about 40 minutes before sun exposure.
In addition, it should be reapplied after each bath or if we sweat, and periodically every 45 minutes approximately.
