IMPERIALLASH Mascaraink by Shiseido is a mascara that defines, lengthens and improves the volume of the lashes.
This mask provides an extreme length to the eyelashes thanks to its exclusive goupillon, designed on a rigid base, it has ultra flexible silicone bristles that condition, define and elevate each and every one of the eyelashes to infinity. In addition, its crown-shaped tip allows us to reach the lashes closest to the tear and add volume to the lower ones.
Thanks to its formula, based on ultrafine ground pigments, with just one pass our lashes will be completely covered in an intense black tone, avoiding lumps and caking.
The correct application of the mascara helps us to achieve the desired look. Therefore, we give you some tips to wear dreamy eyelashes:
- Start by curling your eyelashes with the help of a curling iron, so they will acquire a greater curvature and definition.
-To soak the brush with the product, turn the brush from right to left, never move it up and down, as otherwise you favor the mask drying.
- If you fear blinking when you bring the brush close to your eyelashes, open your mouth, as this gesture makes blinking difficult.
- Start with the upper lashes, slightly tilt your face back and keep your eyes half-open, place the brush at the base of the lashes and move it in a zig-zag towards their tips. With this movement you avoid the presence of lumps.
- Let it dry for a few seconds and apply a second layer of product following the same movements. Recommend not applying more than 2 coats, otherwise the eyelashes will be overloaded.
- Next, and also using zig-zag wiggles, apply the product to the lower lashes.
I do not recommend using it on hot days because it melts and leaves traces under the eyes. The mask itself has nothing exceptional, I expected more considering its price and the brand

I expected more
During the day, especially with summer coming, this mascara leaves residue throughout the day and I look like a panda. Extremely easy to remove, leaves in the bath with warm water.
Of this intense black mascara, which I have been using for a week, I highlight its formula that gives a magnificent sensation by increasing the volume of the eyelashes and lengthening them significantly. I am in favor of making a good first pass and not repeating to avoid caking or undesirable lumps. Interestingly, the fact that the container has a square base allows the goupillon to be turned so that it is more just when distributing the product between the right-left tabs, up-down. It holds up well all day, without flaking, but is easily removed with a waterproof cleaning product.
