After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth 2-3 times a day with 10 ml of lacer Oros Mouthwash undiluted, allowing the liquid to circulate throughout the oral cavity for 1 minute. To achieve maximum effectiveness, it is advisable not to rinse with water or eat drinks or food until about 15 minutes after rinsing.
